The Retail Executive is a key member of our Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) and the face to our customers. Knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, you will provide a unique experience that embodies our Brand DNA.

As this role is in a service environment, you should be someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills with a great and welcoming personality, able to inspire, lead and develop the team to deliver a seamless customer experience to make every visit to DORS unforgettable.

Job Description:

  • Welcome and engage customers by providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop client relationships through an individual approach and leveraging on the CRM and Marketing tools
  • Maintain and build customer base and loyalty
  • Maximize sales opportunity to achieve sales target and KPIs
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store including cashiering and housekeeping duties of the shop floor
  • Assist in managing inventory
  • Ensure that safety, security, and administration procedures are followed.
  • Assist with any other duties and tasks as assigned by our Store Manager

Job Requirements

Pre-requisites:

  • Self-motivated and a good communicator
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and the team members
  • Have a positive, cheerful demeanor, and be a team player
  • Passionate about, and supportive of, local fashion brands, products, and stories
  • Enthusiastic about speaking, storytelling, and recommending said products
  • Good product knowledge of the products in the store and be clear with the on-going promotions in the store
